Who We Are
DELTEC Engineering Limited is a wholly indigenous, service-driven, and multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy and project management company.
Our consulting services range from investigations, feasibility studies/appraisals, economic and physical planning, construction supervision, project management, complete engineering design to the supply of specialist engineering skills and advice.
A HISTORY OF GROWTH & IMPACT
The company started operations in February 1995 at 17 Ogunlana Street, Akowonjo, Lagos State, Nigeria.
The company moved to a bigger space at 154 Akowonjo Road in 1998 and later 11 Shasha Road in 2000, all within the same area in Lagos State.
We relocated to our place of assignment, the Niger Delta, in September 2005 and are operating in Effurun, Delta State, Nigeria.
In 2005 the company set up a division – The Centre for Advanced Structural Engineering and Studies (CASES) to standardize continuous professional development for engineers. CASES began training engineering professionals in 2006 and has since imparted about 1000 engineers to date through various workshops and seminars. Today, CASES operates as an incorporated entity.
In 2010 the Construction & Engineering Digest magazine (Vol. 18 No. 6, 2010) listed our CEO Samson Armstrong Ivovi as one of the top 50 engineers to emerge from Nigeria since independence.
In 2015 he was inducted into the Nigeria construction Industry Hall of fame.
He was also given the Engineering Heros Award for Professional Leadership in Engineering on 13 March 2020.
DELTEC Engineering Limited is certified by the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), the Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR) – Major Category, Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB), the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), and the Association for Consulting Engineering in Nigeria (ACEN).
